What’s going on between Csézy and James Blunt?

International support for the Hungarian entry

Csézy, the winner of the Hungarian National Final 2008, travelled to where she had the honour to give a debut concert arranged by Warner Music . Leaders of the worldwide music company had a high opinion of Csézy’s voice; some of them even compared her to Céline Dion.

The popular Hungarian singer performed in front of the most important music executives of international record companies. Bernd Dopp, Chairman& CEO of Warner Music Central & Eastern Europe (see picture) introduced Csézy himself before her production scored full marks by the exclusive audience.

It was a nice surprise for Csézy that James Blunt had a concert on the same day when she had her debut evening so that she could meet the singer of ‘You’re beautiful’ personally. According to the rumours, James Blunt enjoyed talking to Csézy so much that he almost missed the start of his own concert. James promised that he would give his vote at the Eurovision Song Contest for Csézy.

Next day the Hungarian singer travelled to , where she recorded a new version of the song ‘Candlelight’ by the instructions of the well-known music producer, Florian Richter (who had worked together with Sarah Connor as well). Now Csézy is preparing again with full power for the second semi-final because she feels it is important to do her best when she will be representing at the Eurovision Song Contest.

Who will be the winner according to Hungarian fans?

Hungarian ESC-fans have announced their prediction based on an online voting. Their favourites are Dima Bilan from , Charlotte Perrelli representing , the Ukrainian Ani Lorak and the Serbian performer, Jelena Tomašević. Priority of Dima Bilan could have been explained by his special Hungarian relation. He is going to perform his Eurovision song with the famous Hungarian violinist, Edvin Marton. (Photo: bilandima.ru)
